Raag is a Mumbai-based womenswear label with 22,000+ SKUs and strong offline retail. Online discovery was their bottleneck: duplicate URLs from faceted navigation, thin category pages, and slow mobile load times kept them outside the top 30 for every commercial keyword their competitors ranked on.

A 3-phase technical and editorial rebuild
We consolidated 14,000 duplicate URLs via canonical tags, rebuilt category pages with editorial-led buyer guides, and shipped a structured-data layer for every product. A 120-article hub targeted 40 high-intent keyword clusters. Core Web Vitals moved from red to green on every key template.
